Our team will guide you every step of the way. This starts at the open inspection, through the application process, at the sign up, bond lodgement, key collection, condition reports, routine inspections, maintenance, final inspection, bond refund. Our goal is to ensure that every tenants experience is smooth, fair and well managed.
You’ll be given a link to your tenant portal in Property Me where maintenance is logged. Please let us know as something needs attention and don’t wait for your routine inspection. A clear description of the issues with detailed photos will need to be supplied. We will prioritise maintenance in order of emergency, urgent and general with matters resolved in a timely manner. Our reliable trades people will liaise directly with you for access.
Your safety is our priority. All properties under Coast & Co property management are fitted with compliant smoke alarms. They are regularly serviced and tested. If you have any concerns regarding the smoke alarms, please notify us immediately.
While Landlords insure the building and fixtures, your personal belongings are not covered under their policy. We strongly recommend that all tenants take out contents insurance to protect items such as furniture, electronics, clothing and valuables in case of theft, fire or accidental damage.
